I got an infected tooth probably since two weeks ago.First I thought it was only a minor infection or just had significant decay but I was wrong.The infection was getting worst.The nerve on my gum So yesterday I went to a new dentist for an emergency root canal therapy.I was absolutely terrified to get my second root canal because I had a terrible pain experience 3 years ago!I had a high tolerance for pain.
Anyhow,I had about 3 injections I would say, and I only felt the first one.The procedure was pain free.I can't even feel any pain at all.I thought my dentist was going to drill my tooth all the way to the bone and I would hear that awful sound of the drill, but the drill they use is soo quiet.The procedure was only one hour.But the worst pain of a root canal is the pain leading up to it.At night then I felt the pain and pressure on my tooth and the gum as well.My dentist told me that this is a normal reaction and it will gone after several days.I couldn't sleep that night because of the pain so I took advil.
Root canals are nothing to be afraid of, if anyone can't handle pain like me!If you can find a good dentist you probably won't feel any pain.Trust me!!I am going to make another appoinment for another root canal two weeks later.Just relax and have a positive attitude, just think all of your pain will go away after this boring procedure.Oh ya,I am getting my first crown maybe end of the year.I wonder it is pain free too.LOL

I saw your blog comment on the site and decided I do not know if my "English" is good but to feel understood toothache is not a pleasant thing nothing.
