Pass the security exam

Yeepy!I am very proud of my husband. He pass both the BST 1&2.We've been waiting for the results for a month now and till today he got the results.Actually my husband found a job at the airport as a security since he was laid off few months ago.In order to get the job and worked as a security guard in Canada,he need to complete BST 1 & 2 and to pass a written test. The training is using a curriculum developed by the Police Academy at the Justice Institute of British Columbia.
He was undergo a minimum of 10 days of classroom and practical training under the training courses and be examined by Justice Institute examiners at the conclusion of the training. It was a hard and stressful time for him to pass the exam.I've never seen him study so hard before. Now he can work in any field as a security firm, individual security professionals and the general public.

A disappointed day

It's pretty hard to get a Wii Fit ever since it was released.Wii Fit is a pressure-sensitive Balance Board mainly for sports and yoga.Since few months ago,I've been looking for the Wii fit for the kids but could never find one.

Last Saturday,I went to Futureshop just for browsing the sales and try to get a Wii fit.I didn't know the Nintendo announced Wii Fit would land on store shelves again. It cost Cad 99.99 only for the balance board. When I tried to approached the shelf and tried to looked for Wii fit, before I can grab it I found my pace was too slow.A lady grabbed it faster than me.Then I quickly asked the customer service to get a new one for me,well you know what-was the last one.I already tried to get it from other stores but still no luck. :(

Last night,I asked my sister to help me to get Wii fit in for me.What a surprise, she doesn't know what is Nintendo Wii.Even my cousin who live in a same town with her also don't know what the heck it is.I will definitely get Wii Fit one day because it looks like a good way to exercise.Does anyone knows is there Wii fit available in Sabah?

Crazy for shoes

When I was in back home.I've never tried wearing flip flop stepping out of house. It seems wearing a flip flop is not a sense of fashion to me but most of the people in North America I know have a few pairs. They love to wear it in all kind of occasion.I understand they're cheap and comfortable won't hurt your toes, but do get dirty quickly. Now I am one of them.I wear it almost everyday-from supermarket to a BBQ party. No one complaint!

Today is not one of my favorite days, but I have to get it over with.I love Old Navy in general, because the prices at Old Navy are always just right and you can get really nice, chic items that don’t look cheap.I just bought their sandals and wedges. It's only cost Cad 0.27cents for a pair sandals and Cad 1.97 for wedges. And at old Navy, you can always get a pairs of heel for 1.99 bucks on sales.Although I am partial got a chance to wear wedges or heels, but these two wedges are resistable to buy.It was only like 22.50 originally but I couldn't believe it!

That's really not a bad deal, although I already bought few pairs of shoes,on the very next day in I nearly bought few pair from Superstore.Luckily my hubby stopped me from buying it.He brought me away from the shelves.Gee!If a woman doesn't like buying shoes she is not a woman,If a woman loves buying shoes she is shoe crazy. This is why I never have any money in my savings.

Capilano suspension bridge

We took a stroll in this park. This nature and beautiful gardens is British Columbia First Nations artisans chisel legend into cedar.Capilano Suspension Bridge takes you to the serenity. You can also enjoy the scene while walking across the longest suspension bridge in BC.While new visitors to Vancouver usually enjoy Capilano,as a half Sabahan,I feel a bit disappointed because in my view I found it looks the same suspension bridge that connects from tree to tree at the hot spring and Tamparuli in Sabah.
Capilano Suspension Bridge is one of Vancouver, British Columbia's most popular tourist. If you you got a chance to visit Canada, you can try to experience differences between Borneo and Canada Suspension Bridge, where each of them has their own unique mix of adventure, history and culture. It is an essential on your list of things to do in Vancouver, BC. The bridge offers fantastic tree top views of the valley below (230 feet) and the pathway on the other side meanders down the valley to the Capilano river. But don't forget Suspension Bridge in Canada is a tourist trap. There’s another similar bridge not far away in this park, called the Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge. It is free. While Capilano may be fun, it's purely a tourist destination, that they overcharge you.Access to this park cost a little bit too expensive to me.So this was our first and last to Capilano suspension bridge.

Hooked on games

Oh no!I don't even realize not updating my blog for so long.I only saw this today and omg I can't believe my blogger friends left me a message.Thank you guys for visiting my blog.
Over the summer,I was seriously hooked on HI/LO and Gold Rush that game on Moola.I know a lot of people play games with computer. They spend most of their time and money on computer games. But to me I am searching for games that pay for real money. There is a website Playandwin.co.uk designed for us poor people who spend half our day and night time on the computer to earn money.

I really hooked on games lately.I play the role playing games though.I know it sounds crazy. My husband used to make fun of me for playing there. He used to say " I can't believe you play those games online".I woke up one day,and guess who was sitting here playing on the computer playing jackpot in playandwin.Yup,you guessed it!My husband! This game is addicting but I assure you I will not disappear.

It's pretty hard to win the money from Moola but what I can tell you now is that I am almost at $10 for payout.I am not only try to win money on games but I am addicted to ebay too.I spend all my money in paypal account on stuffs.Oh heavens yes!Ebay is similar to gambling in that you are taking a risk and trying to win.I guess at least with Ebay,if you lose you get your money back, right lol.Why are these things so addicting?

I think I am a loser.I am mean I still take care of my kids, but spend every free second I get on the computer? My mind is always active.I just keep going and going.Really, before I was addicted on blogging.I thought I have to stop facing infront of my computer but I am not.

Maybe this computer and the internet are my escapes. The escape from the daily problems.Besides this is one of my way to relax and unwind after a long day.I think I really need to stop buying from ebay. Now what I am trying to do is update my blog daily and write some reviews to earn my money back.

Old fashioned way of writing a letter

As I sat down to write this blog, however, it occurred to me I should "lighten up" a bit.I have something else in mind.I found a pile of old love letters in my closet which I kept for a long time.Nowsaday people (me included) also seldom send letters.I remembered I used to write letters to my best friends and penpal then when I was studying. In the old days, before the net, I would write a lot of letters.
Only letters I hand-write these days (as opposed to foot-write which I still do; it's impossible for the police to figure out my personality that way) are the ones accompanying some odd thing I've found in corn flakes, or that last one, the pebble in the ritter sport bar. This letter is usually prepared for first with a barrage of emails; it worked at Vimy Ridge, and works too, I can attest, with large corporate entities.
Today,my handwritten is terrible even doctors can't read it.Whenever I got a chance to write a letter to someone I still prefer using text typed which I thought is much nicer. It even allows me something I've never been able to do in writing like edit or delete.Email is so easy and brings us in touch with people quickly but I remember how fun it was to find I'd received a letter from someone.I have pen pals in different countries, and its nice to receive a letter hand written in old days. It's been so long since I wrote a letter or even mailed anything that I honestly have no clue how much a stamp even costs.I really value handwritten notes and use every time I need to thank someone
Since so few people write letters nowadays, it's so much more meaningful when you actually take the time to write real letters or send birthday cards, instead of simply sending an e-card.Most girls really like to get actual letters in the mail, in my experience. But in this day and age it is considered old-fashioned and silly. But I think that love letters are fabulous. No matter how eccentric,it is a piece of you.It is a personal way to express ones emotions and feelings to another person they care about.
My kids love to write letters or cards and every time I make them write birthday card for their cousins,Aunts and grandma.I really hope the kids nowsaday knows how to write a letter and appreciate the value of someone handwritten notes.Does anyone out there still write letters the "old-fashioned" way?

Summer is almost over now

Rain rain go away!Raining is coming to our town again. It's been two three months now I didn't touch up my blog and post a thing.I can't believe there are few bloggers still sending messages in my other blog.I do miss them as much as they miss me but I don't think I have the time to read all the blogs right now.Anyway,I hope they don't mind.

Hey,I didn't even realize we were that far into August.Scary ain't it?I guess it won't be cold for a while, but there isn't much of summer left. This summer gets so hot and humid.Sometimes I can't even stand the heat.As much as I hate to say it,I hate winter the most, snow and wearing heavy coats. Its so annoying.I wish I lived in a place that you could wear flip flops all year round, that would be the best!Don't you think so?

Anyone has a memorable summer?I had not a memorable summer, but an enjoyable one.I spent most of my days relaxing under the summer sun, wearing my favourite tank tops.I regret doing nothing much this summer. This summer sucked.I didn't do a thing but the kids had so much fun with their Dad this summer. This is their first summer that can be around with their Dad.The girls love swimming. This the only place we go during this summer.Nothing much!My kids just can't wait to go back to school, especially Belinda. She can't wait to go to kindergarten this year.

There won't be any more summer weather during the rest of this summer.A low pressure system will bring rain again.I can only hope that it doesn't rain all the time again!!!Well,It's time to bring in the patio set from the patio. The lasting heat of summer has gone.I hope with a little luck there will some good days coming this September and October.
